What if my vehicle needs repair and my warranty is expiring during lockdown?

We are committed to honoring the warranty for vehicles that require warranty repairs and cannot be carried out due to lockdown. Please liaise with your local dealer as soon as possible in order to carry out the required warranty repairs at the earliest opportunity after the curfew lift-off.

How can the warranty concerns in my vehicle be attended to during and after the lockdown?

Post curfew lift-off, please visit your local dealer for warranty concerns and repairs.

During curfew, please call the nearest dealer and register the issue for repair. We will revert back to you and support after verifying that fault was apparent within the manufacturer warranty period.

What if my local dealer operation is completely shut down and I need vehicle repairs?

We are flexible and will honour valid warranty claims, if it is evident that fault was apparent within manufacturer warranty period. Please visit your local dealer at the earliest opportunity once operations are back to normal.

Will I have to pay anything for delayed warranty repairs on my vehicle?

The cost of required repairs will be covered based on Manufacturer’s contractual warranty policies and procedures.

What should I do if my vehicle is not starting or cannot be driven or has a warning light?

If you have a red warning light or have a safety concern regarding the vehicle, you should stop using the vehicle immediately and contact your local dealer customer care or INFINITI Middle East customer care for further assistance.

What should I do if my vehicle has outstanding recall campaign?

If you have received a repair notification regarding a Recall Campaign, please visit your local dealer, only when it is safe to do so as per local government guidelines, and/or after the curfew is lifted.

If dealer operations remain suspended, please contact the dealer at the next earliest opportunity when operations are back to normal.


What is the INFINITI Car Configurator?

The INFINITI Car Configurator is an innovative virtual experience that brings the dealership to you wherever you are. Through the interactive configuration panel, you can explore and modify five INFINITI models at the touch of a button, as well as requesting a quote, booking a test drive, and reserve your INFINITI vehicle with a deposit.

You will be able to view your car’s exterior and interior in 3D, learn about features and specs of your car through interactive hotspots, customize the colours and finishes, and visualize the model in a true-to-life background to get the car’s perspective in a realistic scenario.

You can access the INFINITI Car Configurator seamlessly on all your devices (PC, mobile, tablets).

Can I apply for financing and insurance on the INFINITI Car Configurator?

Once you have registered on our secure platform and have chosen your INFINITI car, you will able to choose from a wide range of finance and insurance options through the configurator. In case you do not find the option that suits you, please get in touch with our sales representative who will provide further support.


Can I visit a showroom or a service centre?

Our showrooms and service centres are open during the updated working hours. Please visit your local showroom’s website for updates related to timings.

Can you pick-up my INFINITI to service it?

We now provide exclusive vehicle collection and return anywhere within the same emirate for a nominal fee. Simply dial our toll free number 800-INFINITI or book online to schedule your next service appointment.

Is a replacement car available while my car is being serviced?

Select INFINITI service centres will provide courtesy vehicles to INFINITI customers during the whole period while their vehicles are being serviced at no additional cost, whether it is a warranty job or a regular periodic maintenance (subject to availability).

What kind of warranty is available for my INFINITI?

INFINITI warrants that for 5 years or 300,000 km, whichever comes first, your authorized INFINITI dealer will repair or replace any part on the INFINITI vehicle which proves defective in materials or workmanship free of charge. Please refer to your owner manual for a list of items that are covered by the warranty.

What COVID-19 measures are in place at the showrooms and service centres?

At INFINITI, your health and wellbeing is our highest priority when you visit our showrooms. We are taking all the necessary precautions as directed by the UAE Ministry of Health & Prevention (MoHAP) and the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) to protect all internal and external stakeholders including:

  • Disinfection of all areas of our all our showrooms.
  • Placing hand sanitizers for guests at all entry and exits.
  • Sanitization of the interior and exterior of our vehicles on display, as well as customers’ vehicles at our service centres.
